Spring Abundance (design ref Van 2720) was drawn up in 1904 in Tourcoing, France for Jacquard furnishing fabric weaver Vanoutryve who had factories in Roubaix.
The talented designer was Charles Lubriffe who worked for the jacquard design company Octavious based at 110 Rue de l' Amiral Courbet, Tourcoing.
The resulting fabric was a colour woven jacquard tapestry furnishing.
